摘要: 泪液渗透压增高是干眼的突出现和核心机制,泪液渗透压可通过包括电阻抗法在内的多种方法测量。人群中泪液渗透压在一定范围内波动,受自身和环境因素影响。泪液渗透压的变化与多种原因造成的干眼密切相关。泪液高渗会引起炎症反应、细胞自噬和氧化应激,泪液渗透压为探索干眼发病机制和治疗效果提供了更多思路。(国际眼科纵览,2022, 46:559-565)

Abstract: Increased tear osmolarity is the prominent manifestation and core mechanism of dry eye disease. It can be measured by a variety of methods such as measurements upon electric impedance. Tear osmolarity fluctuates in a certain range which affected by self and environmental factors. The alteration of tear osmolarity is closely related to dry eye disease caused by multiple reasons. Increased tear osmolarity would cause inflammatory response, cell autophagy and oxidative stress.  Tear osmolarity provides more ideas for exploring the pathogenesis and treatment effect of dry eye.
